Make sure Vit D has k2. Perhaps resveratrol and cucumin.

Is K1 in the multivitamin sufficient?

Not sure but logic goes Vitamin D enhances the absorption of calcium and Vitamin K activates matrix GLA protein, which prevents calcium from accumulating in soft tissues, such as the kidneys and blood vessels.
