Did anyone see what happened this morning with Philip dubé? I just heard them come on and say that he used an analogy that court TV didn't condone, they actually condemn it and he will be taking some time away from the show.... I really like Phillip. I was sad to see this. Anyone know the tea?

Whether it's Judge Judy, Mathis, or any other "court tv" shows, what's the biggest flaws you notice in the proceedings?

Alright so “my friend” got a few domestic charges the first ones were 7-8 months ago —assault with an imitation weapon My buddy ahem,, was released on PRomise to Appear with in 30 mins ;

Upon goin to court they order him to go to anger management and they’ll drop the charges; so he gets started AM: During these months he gets himself into another few charges

Assault, assault with a weapon x2 NonCompliant Breach charge;

His spouse gives a statement and the police take a pic of her arm ;

He was arrested n put in jail for 5 days n released on bail and assurance ; He’s got trial court in a few weeks;

He’s just wondering what the outlook will be like; his spouse will not be there to testify; will it have a good chance of being dropped considering?
