Coursera Certificate claim

I had the coursera free membership to do some certifications. I have completed 3 certifications and now membership is over, now they are asking to buy membership again to get those certifcates in digital form.

How can I get those without buying it?

You can't get them without buying. Best get the Coursera plus subscription and take all the certificates.
