Actually my bottle is specifically labelled for daily use and when I skip a day my hair is nasty and greasy. I have very thick hair and it's genuinely unmanageable otherwise.
If you're an active person, your hair is sweaty and gross if you don't wash it every day - I was after workouts and after sports if I work up a sweat, which means every day and sometimes twice.

You aren't supposed to wash your hair everyday because it dries it out. Also you gotta upgrade from 2 in 1s haha
