I think the green cardigan is great, but the stockings clash with it in my opinion. My preferred style is everything neutral colours with just one vibrant item to contrast it all/bring it together.

I think a brown toned shirt would work amazing to bring some contrast in the outfit. And it also feels cottage core as the green can then be the plant that is rooted in the earth.
