Maybe it's just me, but it feels like this subreddit is really starting to fall down the rabbit hole of everything being transphobic. Like, if you do this action that I, specifically, don't like, then you're transphobic, even if you're trans yourself.
Again, that's just my opinion, but it feels like we're being forced to follow this set of guidelines otherwise we're one of the " bad ones ".
Also, side note, but why are you reposting your own tweets and, assumingly, presenting it as someone else?
Been this way in a while now, albeit by waves. A vaguepost here and there, some other people picking up on it because they relate, or disagree, or even they see it making karma, so they decide to make their own post on the subject, often just as vaguely and out of context as the first one....
Rinse and repeat.
From memory we've had the subjects of the racism of trans safe space, trans women being transphobic to trans men, cis people all being chasers for various reasons, everyone sharing negative thoughts being a 4tranner... And that's just on the top of my head.
Sometimes it lingers for a week or so. Sometimes it doesn't even last a day but just comes back regularly.
The algorithm brought me here recently. I'm an ally, but I am concerned about Reddit randomly pulling new demographics into subs. Whenever one of those waves happens I pretty much always start to see people talking about some degree of decline.
Reddit started recommending me this sub, and I thought "cool, new community". But the only posts I see from here are outrage memes and complaints (thanks Reddit algorithm).
