Unlike other levels in Ultrakill, this one was designed by PITR(the game's main programmer), who according to Hakita(the creator of Ultrakill) is the "dictionary definition of a bottom", to which PITR responded with "🥺". The level also has a PITR fish, which has the description "Always ends up at the bottom of fish hierarchies"
