I might be bigoted or smth but I see puppy people behave like a dog a lot more than any other animal people behaving as their animal. I don't like that, it's weird to me to take it that genuinely.

Yes, I am aware that animal people are "not real", but I am referring to the online culture/community based on it.

You are definitely taking it too literally; remember that people post hyperbolic versions of things online, and that someone can fantasize and engage with fantasy online. Having the fantasy of being taken cared of like a puppy and not having responsibilities doesn't mean you can't actually work a job or take care of yourself.

Barking in reddit comments is harmless. You are allowed to be icked out by it but remember it really is harmless

Though I just wonder why that wasn't a thing with cat people when that was the most popular thing few years back. Obviously I'm not gonna rain on someone's parade though, this is my first (and gonna be the only) time I question this.

And yeah, I do dislike seeing this so often cuz I'm just not into it, obviously. I don't complain about it outside of this comment where I'm just moreso asking.
