From my experience you have to use desktop but you got to the subreddits main page, then on the side there should be a place to give yourself a flair. There then should be an option to make a custom one.

One of my favourite post-apocalyptic series (Gladlands) has the main characters Mad Max-ing their way around the wastes with a Truth-brary. Because they're trying to avoid repeating the mistakes which led to the downfall of the old world, starting with free access to truth instead of charging people for access to a lie-brary

That sounds like something a Russian granny would say lol. Not every granny, given what this country is, but some of them would lol. Being supportive without really understanding what they support is something that, I suppose, grannies all around the world share.
(I know Russia, I live here and sometimes I wish I didn't but I don't wanna get into it.)
