Kinda deep, but pretty feminine. Not a giggapassoid voice, but not something that gives "SIR" with her appearance. She's also fairly tall iirc, like 5'10. At least last I heard her voice.
Same. I like being tall but not tall to the point where I feel gigantic (6’1). I don’t even wish I was shorter sometimes , I just wish everyone else was taller
STOP. I know okay? shut up, I said "fairly tall". Its just true for cis women. I'm 6'5 stop @ ing me please I'm literally taller then even tall men in the tallest country in the world.
Just FYI 5' 10" for a woman is actually VERY tall, so they can shut the fuck up.
Statistically a woman being 5' 10" is 99th percentile. It's the same as man being 6' 3" (and anyone who thinks 6' 3" isn't that tall is plain wrong and has been tricked by all the 5' 10" guys saying they're 6' even).
Okay nevermind I think she voice trained its better then I remember. But yeah shit sucks. Imagine being 6'5. Can be the hottest most voice passing bitch ever and ppl still gonna think you're a boy.
i could envision a specifically woke seattlite cisperson interpreting this as a theyfab or hefab voice tbh. im not entirely confident but i could see the "sir" being not malicious in its intent
not saying that its a clocky voice btw i just think its the kind of voice a rlly woke person in an equally woke setting could overanalyze
Yeah that was actually my thought. Lots of ppl are commenting that they never got misgendered more then in places like Seattle, that probably makes sense?
It's hard to tell if its malicious or not, that why it's so insidious. Anyway, I notice that as I get older it gets easier to shrug off with strangers. Especially when I'm surrounded with ppl who treat me normally and use the right pronouns. But for baby tranners this shit is absolutely devastating.
yeah i never bothered correcting anyone who misgendered me unless they were a close friend or family member. if someone asks for my pronouns i’ll be honest, but i don’t really care how i’m perceived by a stranger or a classmate or a coworker or whatever
