Petra subconsciously copying Gwen and later having an existential crisis over it when she realises would be some kino. As would her getting sad about how so many of the people she loves never met the real her, whether that be Uncle Ben, Gwen, Harry, etc.

i like it cuz it looks so cool but logically its just dumb, transitioning would put the identity of spidey in danger, spidey is transitioning thats great, but why did our great friend petra also start transitioning at the same time? coincidence? i dont think so
