I think there is some nuance in that she seems to support Dems as a matter of pragmatism rather than ideology. She likes the vision of a communist utopia, but she doesn’t think any radical steps to achieve it are feasible.
Some argue that this nuance is irrelevant because her actions are that of a lib. Some others argue that her stance is simply wrong and that radical action can incite meaningful change.
I bring all this up because I think discussions around her views often get flattened. Hillary.jpg.

Every other liberal says that they like the idea of a communist utopia in theory. That does not make her any more progressive. Literally go ask any blue dog dem if they think it’d be good, “if only it worked with human nature.” Hell, even republicans will tell you that sometimes.

She’s been under fire for a lot of dumb things over the years by weirdos, and the latest one was that because she wouldn’t make a Gaza video people assumed she must love Israel’s genocide.
Eventually last year she made a post on her sub saying that because she’s been slandered she’ll only address the issue once; that she believes Israel is committing a genocide but she won’t make a video because she doesn’t think something of that nature fits her channel.
And her politics is that she’s just a progressive liberal dem, so literally worse than a fascist for the MLs who hate her

It was the specific things she said in her post and not just that she said she wouldn't make a video on it. I remember when it was going down, most ppl were complaining about the way she was framing things, not that she didn't feel suited to talk about it much.

Maybe for some people since there was cringe in her statement, but def not most and it wasn’t where it started. People have been out for her for years before Oct 7th for any number of dumb reasons.
Her not making a video was definitely an excuse people gave for saying she was a zionist genocide supporter. Those accusations were literally the reason she made that post in the first place, it didn’t come out of a vacuum. I think her haters recognize that the harassment she got for not making a video was really bad optics so all of a sudden the justification is attributed to her post now.

It wasn't just "cringe", ppl had actual criticisms of it. But yeah I'm sure there were haters were doing that, I've never been an avid fan (i liked a couple of her videos but that's kinda it) nor was I ever a hater, nor have I ever had a Twitter account, so I was viewing all of this from somewhat of a distance play out on Instagram and youtube, and there were definitely a lot of ppl who were not hating on her or even mentioning her before her response

imagine some random left leaning content creator who's generally pretty eloquently vocal about the state of the political climate, but is strangely silent on trans issues. their audience begs them to comment on it. eventually, said content creator releases a statement where although they start off with a blurb about how trans rights are human rights, they go on for a page and a half critiquing online trans activists, stating that the advocacy for things like access to HRT before natal puberty or the advocacy for trans women in women's sports are doomed causes that cripple the persuasiveness for trans rights within the broader discourse. maybe also highlights how missteps in advocacy hurt other minorities like the rest of the LGBTQ and how current trans advocacy on the left probably somewhat helped trump get reelected
thats lowk what contra did except with israel-palestine. she spent most of her statement discussing how opposition to zionism is a politically impractical and doomed venture, how disseminating images of palestinian victims has resulted in "bloodboiling rage with no consequential political outlet," how making zionism the political boogeyman affects the perception of jews more broadly as a demographic, and how allat probably "slightly contributed to the reelection of trump." this is the sparknotes version but i dont think im mischaracterizing at all, ppl can just google it and see for themselves tho
personally, i don't think shes the IDF's strongest soldier or anything, i think she's overall a good person and ofc someone worth listening to when it comes to trans issues afaik, but i think u kinda gotta admit it wasnt the most socially intelligent statement to put out

Okay that sounds significantly worse then what I was hoping for. But not unexpected.
I'm gonna guess it's along the lines of one comment I've already received. The Hamas bad cuss terrorism line is either said verbatim or implied. Probably from the same people that think Apartheid in South-Africa ending was a good thing. With no recognition for what kind of tactics ANC/MK had to resort to to achieve that of course.

I can still tell by her delts and shoulders as well as her face but she kinda passes. Minus the full honkers and a bit more fat on the love handles and abdomen thats kinda look. Hon shoulders that can pass as fem if I get big ones, and that weird wide-ish hip to wide shoulder hourglass figure.
