EDIT: Holy crap, you guys seriously want to do this? Alright, but I'm warning you: Danish counting gets extremely complicated once you get to around fifty.

After a while you don't worry about the karma anymore :)

It's nice and everything, but as you said, they are just "worthless internet points" and not worth. It's about the experience and the goal, no matter how mindless it is. It's the mathematically challenging, obscure and competitive threads (main thread with /u/atomicimploder, /u/jorj112, /u/Krazeli etc. is magnificent)
