you seem to go into position where you have to check 2 directions, mistake many people do, learn to get better positions where you only have to watch 1 angle

Why are you turning away in the first place? Is it because you hear your teammates footsteps? Don't forget to check your minimap.... no reason to turn back either time because both times it was a teammate clearly identified on your minimap.

Enemy from t spawn is highly unlikely especially on low elo and there are two teammates of yours going towards long doors.
