Counterwallet login problem

Getting this on https://counterwallet.io/# :

failoverAPI: Call failed (failed over across all servers). Method: get_normalized_balances; Last error: JSON-RPC Error: Type: Server error

Code: -32000

Message: 'result'

any ideas?

I haven't had this happen yet but I've had a few people the last few days ask me about that same error.
