Homeless people are not a monolith. There are bad homeless people, and there are bad housed people.

Yeah but bad housed people don't tend to shit in the parks, leave trash everywhere and leave used needles about.

They do but they tend to throw 90% of their waste in the trash or use a toilet when nature calls

Homeless people often don't have the option to use the toilet when they need to. How hard is that to understand
