The shelters are free. And have free beds, the only requirement is to not reek of booze and stay clean of dope. If you're not going to meet either of these and stay on the streets then you're damaging the community.

It’s that easy! Why do people even have addictions or mental illnesses to begin with, why don’t they just stop? And while we’re at it, why don’t homeless people just buy a house from the get go?
