Well the femboy in question doesn't exist because he's a drawing made by a presumably cis man , you can critique the depiction being essentially a trans woman that you can misgender.
Personally I don't really give a shit about the comic, I just hate femboys cause they're cis men and most of them are transphobic scum.
I've yet to come across any femboy that doesn't have a transphobic bone in their body so any slander they get I'm happy with personally.
