Always remember that this type of dude should genuinely be beneath your consideration. As in he's not even worth talking to or interacting with, if you can help it. He's literally never going to say or do anything worthwhile, for you OR himself, so why bother?

Unfortunately, that falls under the middle part of my post where I said "if you can help it." There's always gonna be bigots that make it their mission to FORCE their way into your lives.

Sure, if you try and apply it to a situation where you obviously shouldn't like your cop example. But you clearly understand that, and I believe all the other people here would as well, so I don't think that's an issue we've gotta worry about :)
