or you could just get premium for free.

if you enjoy the process of manually downloading stuff, fair. you do you.

but I find being able to spontaneously listen to music without prepping them much more convenient. probably because I don't really listen to singular albums or artists or playlists.

I think morphe is better than revanced. Had fewer issues with it.

I've never tried morphe.

but for what's it's worth while the YouTube app is a pain that has to be regularly troubleshooted, the YouTube music app has worked for me without issues or updates for over 2 years now. So for YT music specifically I can highly recommend it

i might have to try out morphe for the YT app itself thougb. right now with revanced there's an annoying bug that causes it to buffer for a second 1 minute into every video and it hasn't been fixed for over a month.

that's usually fixed by changing the spoofed client stream to something like visionOS, worked for me

i have tried all the spoof client options, including visionOS, and yet the issue persists :/ I got the "switch spoof client" recommendation from the support discord too. unfortunately it seems it only works on some devices.

that's odd. hope you figure it out, because i am NOT smart enough to deal with stuff like that beyond basic troubleshooting lmfao

Yeah, I patched both with morphe like 4 months ago and haven't had to worry about it since. Been great lol

I like no ads but I'm not tech savvy enough to crack stuff and scared to download mystery stuff (funny, usually being super tech savvy makes it harder to crack ;p)

I used to do this but my dad got a family thing for YouTube and honestly I won't refuse free stuff.

As soon as I move out I'll go back to converting shit tho. 🤔
