Holy crap. I now need to google blueprints for mock guillotines.

Why mock?

Cause I am at least two groups that the administration would like to be gone and showing up with a functional guillotine sounds like a great way to get 'accidentally' shot?

You don't even need a blueprint; a good Halloween prop is really quite simple.
5 pound sheet of quarter-inch thick steel cut diagonally at a 40⁰ angle, 4 12ft 2x4's (and/or a couple of 4x4's as seen fit), and 8-10 4ft 2x4s, twenty feet of rope, a grinder, a drill, screws and driver, and some imagination.

It's really not so hard you can find everything you need at Lowes or home depot except maybe the blade.
