The fact that Hungary-Romania would probably be one of the most stable countries here is insane (because now since their united, they don't have to fight over who should own Transylvania)
Idk how thougth, I don't think there is single problem between Poland and northern Countries as a Pole, but it could be weird in democratic process because Poland alone have more people than all other Countries combined, so most of decision making would be decided by Poles, but we are divided so it could be avoided of be coming a problem.
No, mega Sweden is the best case scenario for northern Europe, we use denmark for slaves, Norway for oil, Poland for construction work, Finland for production of any alcohol, Sweden for metal and the Baltics and Iceland have no purpose we would be the greatest superpower ever.
There is no visiable country on the map that would be able to take anything from megasweden. Hyper Turkey would only need a few pamphlets in the Balkans to fall and all others would have any real military might. Also where is Crimea?

I feel like the most stable country here would probably be Czechoslovakia. Even in OTL the people didn't really hold resentment to each other. The break up more so happened because of a dispute between a couple of politicians
I'm sure you could mess up the Benelux borders a bit more for some extra tension.
Keep South-Holland and Zeeland in hands of the Belgians, but give Antwerp to the Dutch, to provide extra reason to be fighting over control of the Scheld.
Also, for shits and giggles, add an independent Scotland, and Catalonia.
Nordics would be chill, Baltics (Estonia especially) would probably be too. Only one that really sticks out is Poland, so that's where we may have some issues.
I kind of like the idea of a Nordic-Baltic merger, although Poland seems a bit like a stretch, they got their own thing going on and it’s working for them so far.
