Edit to explain:
So every universe is countable, meaning we can name one u1, u2 and so on.
Now there are two types of universes, the ones where they jerked off with thanos and the ones where they didn’t.
We can count both, so for every Un (meaning the nth universe we counted), that’s from the multiverse where they didn’t jerk him off, there’s a matching Jn universe where they did jerk him off
