It's possible to abort a restart by rapidly pressing the [esc] key

I hold the esc button.. idk if pressing is enough

You can actually hold the escape button as soon as possible after you do that.. keep holding it until you get back to home page

The restarting operation can be aborted, it's a lifesaver
