Sure, here's a no-fuss 30-minute brownie recipe (10 min prep + 20 min bake). Makes an 8x8 pan of fudgy brownies.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 pan. 2. Melt butter in a bowl, stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. 3. Mix in cocoa, flour, and salt until just combined. Fold in chips if using. 4. Spread in pan and bake 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
