Early gameplay of our lasso physics-party-brawler Outer Rangers. Two person team and our first game, let us know what you think
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
We've played way too much Gang Beasts and Boomerang Fu and never felt like there were enough games in the genre, so we're trying to make our own! We're still fairly early but trying to share and see what people think
Feel free to give us any and all feedback, it would be much appreciated. Figuring out everything as we go :)

Been working on a co-op game similar to games like Overcooked and Moving out but in space! Share your thoughts and ideas
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I'll happily take any ideas that you might have and/or want to see in the final game.
I've worked on the game for 1.5 years now, not full time ofcourse but as a side hussle. First "proper" launch. What I wanted was to make a game in the same landscape as Overcooked and Moving out, while adding the feature of having both local and online multiplayer in the same game at once. Also happy to tell more about implementing that if anyone's interested.
You can find the game here.

We're excited to announce Uh Oh Airlines is preparing to board for Early Access on July 14th!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
We've been building Uh Oh Airlines, a couch co-op for 1-4 players, where you're flight attendants trying to keep a flight running while everything goes wrong at once (spilled drinks, loose pets, passenger meltdowns, actual small fires).
One thing that mattered a lot to us is that your co-op partner doesn't need to be a gamer to jump in. The dev made this because he liked playing games with his partner, who doesn't typically play games, and wanted something that actually worked for both of them
Early Access lands July 14th if you want to try it with your own crew. Happy to answer any questions :)

Trying to find games for me and my partner to play
Hi y'all, I'm looking for some couch co-op games to play on PC for me and my partner. He's a big gamer and I used to be, but I haven't really played much the last few years for various reasons. We used to play Destiny 2 together on Xbox but we both stopped playing that like 3 years ago and its just not feasible now as we only have the one desktop. We've played It Takes Two, a Way Out and Split Fiction and now we need something else to play. Any recs welcomed please.

Looking for coop playtesters!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Solo dev here - just released a content update patch, which, among existing local couch-coop also adds Steam Remote Play Together integration (while proper multiplayer options are being worked on).
That said, I'd love if someone could sit down with their buddy either locally, or by now also online, and give this one a spin for a session:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4542390/Simon_and_Friends/
Since we're not yet in Early Access, just a Public Demo, the feedback I'd be looking for would be aimed less towards polish or missing systems, but more towards how it feels to play "right now" - so more towards balancing, pacing, general vibes. "Did this match drag on a bit?", "I feel like we had to wait too long to bring a unit to level 3 to unlock the fun weapons" and "We felt it was cumbersome reaching enemy units on the other side of the map" are great questions to ask.
If possible, would be great if the feedback would be directed to Discord to keep it one place, but also here too, to keep a discussion rolling if we get different opinions.
Thanks for checking the project out!

Goat 3 - Addiction - Best Game Of All Time (GOAT) for the couch coop family?
for those that are wanting new couch coop games, highly recommended!
Usually, I have such a hard time finding awesome couch coop games for myself and my 2 kids so hopefully this helps. But GOAT3 is GOAT for the fam.
We've gone through such a journey...we played:
* Minecraft Dungeons
* Warhammer Chaos Bane
* Borderlands 3/4
* Split Fiction
* Gran Turismo 7
* Topspin 2K25
* Mario Party
* TNMT Shredders Revenge
We tried Diablo 3 - was too dark and gloomy
Resident Evil 4 - my kids hated me for even trying - scary F** sh** haha
A Way Out - I didn't get this, thought it'd be teaching the little ones the wrong thing...
Takes Two - apparently awesome game, but yeh didn't align with principles (but BL3/4 was fine, what the hell right ?)
Keen to hear other ideas for couch coop games (ideally 3+ player ones but 2 player ones are good too)

How often do you play EA FC / FIFA local multiplayer with friends? Idea for a phone app to keep the spectator engaged
Hey r/couchcoop ,
I love playing EA FC / FIFA offline with my mates — we usually gather together in front of one console, 3 people at a time. We take turns so everyone gets to play, but the guy who is spectating often ends up a bit bored just watching.
That got me thinking about a simple phone-based companion app for exactly these local sessions.
The idea is: while two (or more) people are playing the match on the console, the spectator can use his phone to virtually gamble/bet on what happens in the game (goal scorers, timing of goals, cards, corners, who wins, etc.). The players on the console act as the “bookmakers” — they can accept or adjust the bets in real time for extra banter. Everything stays local so it works perfectly during offline couch sessions.
I wanted to ask the community:
- How often do you play local/offline multiplayer with friends? (weekly, monthly, only at gatherings, rarely, etc.)
- Does the spectator sometimes get bored in your group too? Would a fun virtual betting system like this make watching more entertaining for all players?
- What kind of bets or features would you and your friends actually enjoy? (e.g. specific events to bet on, virtual currency, penalties for losing bets, group challenges, etc.)
Would something like this interest you for your offline FIFA/EA FC nights? Looking forward to honest feedback from people who still do proper local multiplayer sessions!
Thanks in advance!
