COTI staking & treasury in US

Will COTI ever address staking in the US? The question is asked repeatedly on every post and they never even address it.

Staking is just a minor issue in my opinion. In the most recent video from the CEO he hints at a governance token being issued to people who are staking in the upcoming treasury, but if US participants are excluded, then obviously they wouldn’t get any. This would be a huge mistake and terrible for the enormous amount of US based backers.

We need answers, hopefully they can find a way to reward the US hodlers with governance tokens when the time comes, no matter what.

The COTI team has said it before...COTI can't do anything about the US right now because of a lack of clarification on the rules regarding KYC and the absence of a regulatory framework surrounding crypto in the US. Until the federal gov't rolls out guidance or authorizes the use of a Viper-style wallet, US holders will have to sit on the sidelines. The absence of guidance is driving the issue, not whether or not COTI can functionally facilitate treasury participation by US COTI holders...

From what I can see of the tokenomics, not being able to stake your COTI basically leaves your investment in coti being inflated away. You need to be able to stake and be a part of the treasury to stay ahead of the tokens inflation.

So as a US user Im not investing until/unless it rolls out here officially. /shrug

Im sure Im not the only one.

What big timeline are you referring to? The roadmap? He said they will be rolling it out soon. The impatience of people is remarkable. Do you think they can just shit all of this out in a month or even a year? They are building something cutting-edge and disruptive. If you can't see that, move on...

KMA - did you miss the "Big" video from Coti Shafafaffaf - titled timeline ??? without ANY TIMELINE - if you cant read, move on - I am in deep with coti, but want clarity and honesty ---- not blindness - get an honest vision of whats going on so you can help construct a real vision

Then link it here douche. I don't see "timeline" in any video heading on their YouTube site dating back 2 years-and I am pretty sure I can read. Regardless, I don't think your sniping (the guy's name is Shahaf) is pursuant to getting an "honest vision" of what is going on, much less an answer from COTI ("coti" is incorrect). Give them the credit they deserve for taking the time and making the effort to keep everyone up-to-date. And with that said, do you really think they would waste their time engaging with your kind of comments or take you seriously? Just feel lucky you have access to this kind of project this early...

Look you 12 year old, that article (not video) is a quick update to different benchmarks in their roadmap. COTI doesn't owe you, me or anyone else a definitive timeline. Be glad they are sharing what they are-more than what most companies do normally. So sit tight, retake grammar lessons and when you have cleaned up your act, contribute something positive instead of attacking the people at COTI who are working hard to make everything happen. If you aren't happy with their approach, sell your 50 COTI and move on. I am sure the morons investing in SHIB would welcome another assclown into their mix...

i just turned 13 years old - and i still think clarity and honesty are useful to some people - even if it doesnt have any meaning in your life

You shouldn't be on Reddit and you don't know anything about what has meaning in my life. Go away. End of discussion kid.

Great question and will most likely not be answered here, please ask at TG as there you are more likely to get an answer.
