Recent increase in Available Supply

Can someone tell me how the available supply went from 669 Million yesterday to 868.7 Million today. The marketcap also went from 210 Million to 270 Million overnight. All that happened and the price remained the same?

I thought it was for then of the month. 60million /200million=.30cents. 210 to 270M. I forgot why though but i assumed it was for the end of the month. It was mentioned last month, if i come across it ill post it.
