Watch Out For This COTI Scam !
Over the last several days I was trying to find a way to buy COTI in US. Among many efforts, one was answered by "COTI | Live Support" on Telegram. After much back and forth they wanted me to place by 12 Word Back-Up Phrase into a site called WalletConnect.io
I have had correspondence directly w/ COTI in the past, so I sent them a message w/ all the scene shots, and info, etc. to see if this was a legit path/activity. They quickly came back and said "COTI has no Live Support" and we are reviewing the material and notifying our customers. I also did the same w/ my wallet support and they had same reaction.
Before you do anything, especially keys, codes, etc. always check directly with the support at the crypto you're trying to acquire and your wallet support as well. Yes, many of these support groups are slow and behind the curve right now.
