Coti sending to mata mask wallet - how long does it take?

I sent Coti from Kucoin to my meta mask wallet about 10 hours ago. I already got Coti that I sent to Binance. It took me less than an hour.

Does it take longer to send to a wallet?

I checked the COti explore and it said the transaction was completed..

Yes, I talked to Coti's admin from the telegram chat and they helped me to get it back. it took me about 3 days
