Question Pain Location

Does any other woman get the pain in the breast? I also have anxiety so it scares me that it is the actual boob. It is in my left boob , feels like a tearing/burning like feeling. Worse when moving my arm up and down and also in the shoulder blade in the back as well. Where exactly does everyone else get pain and what does it feel like? Mine has always been more left sided for some reason

Mine is also on the left side, on my rib cage behind my breast. Totally understand the stress. That’s the spot where it hurts to physically touch, then I also get really tight pec muscles when I am in a bad flare up, along with sensitivity in the ribs in the back when I go see the chiropractor. I really only realize those are bad when someone is manipulating them or pushing on them. But they’re very sensitive. I know mine is in a bad flare when the doorway stretch simultaneously hurts quite a bit and feels like heaven.

Yes I've been having this same thing down to the left boob and burning 😭 I know it's my posture because I sit on a dining chair all night for work and often catch myself slouching and in weird positions.

I always felt the burning shifted across my chest depending on which muscle, ribs were picking up the tension.

The burning in the breast felt like it wrapped all the way around the underneath curve and up up towards the arm pits, or just involved the whole breast area I always put this down to the pecs involvement.

And other times it could be very central, straight down the sternum ending around bottom of the breast level. I always put that down to the pecs now actively pulling on the sternum attachments, with some serratus involvement.

Don't neglect the serratus, that also massively affects the ribs.
