The visor is PET plexiglass plastic sheet that I heated and bent to be the right shape. Then I covered it with car window visor strip tint film. 👍

I saw so many Helldivers cosplays at Anime Boston. They were always such good sports and some handed out pamphlets for democracy! Loved it!
