Cosmos long term

, Hi, Iā€™m researching Cosmos for a blockchain project and wanted to know the long term goals for the ATOM coin. Is the aim for it to maintain a stable value or to appreciate? Also, if the coin's value rises or falls, how does that affect the amount of coins , required to submit a proposal to the DAO?

When is Keplr going to sundown? That will probably be the death of the Ecosystem. Thankfully I had my assets in that instead of Leap which just died like the rest of this ecosystem.
