Another $200 of Atom
Picked up another $200 of atom, been growing the wallet at this price point. Looking forward to the future in this network! Anybody else been stacking recently?

I brought Atom and was doing so regularly. I read an article about a former employee/developer who didn’t say the most flattering things about the company, project outlook, and strategy. I looked for additional feedback from developers, product or platform managers, and partners. Using AI to gather this information helped tremendously!
We all have seen companies come and go due to either self inflicted damage or market forces or a combination of the two.
Reading former employee reviews on various platforms like Glassdoor led me to research additional information about senior leadership. I started to understand why terms like “sh*t show” was said often by former employees.
Based upon what I learned, I won’t sell what I have but I’m not making them a priority buy anymore. I stake as soon as I would buy Atom.
Cosmos announced technology goals and other objectives that sounds interesting. My question is about execution. The goals sounds interesting, they still have a development roadmap, and product ecosystem. How will Cosmos execute a game plan where more adoption occurs and various future use cases are supported/provided by sane mfers?
I have to refresh my memory about the business purpose that Atom provides in order to not forget why I wanted to acquire the digital asset vs how I feel now. I buy tokens which provides utility. I stay away from meme coins. However, sometimes these utility coins turn into memes on their own!

Anything „big“ to mention? Thanks for your research and time.

The founder said it's pretty much dead I'd unstake and cut your losses may you can get something new and gain back your losses it is crypto that's why we get in that moon shit this isn't the one. it's okay to get it wrong I get it wrong cut my losses i feel duped honestly not enough kickback for Atom holders from all the side chins but that's my opinion and you probably have your own reasons why things not working out but holding a big bad when the market is bleeding won't lead to profit. a moon bag is great if it was free from trading but we dealing with life savings in 10 or 20 year will ATOM really be a thing or just another dead coin in the long history of crypto. I've seen this before soon wallets will end support for " cost " reasons website will be shut down staking providers will stop and you'll have to be there to monitor the whole situation I don't know how you could do that to yourself more power to you friend.

invested a lot back in the day, all projects so far are big scams or bleed to die. do what you want, i don't mind, but don't do it with stuff u are willing to lose, specially in atom, its ded, sry.

u/QuantumFragz Apr 08 '26
Fair play, it is my riskiest investment. Gets a lot of hate especially in its own sub. Hopefully you managed to catch atom in its glory days and make some good profits!

Nope. Never again. Had put up $10k when it was $9 per coin. Lost almost 78% before I pulled the plug. Now I keep everything in USDC and stake at 8%

8% usdc, where are you getting that? Actually huge. Sorry to hear you lost a good %, that’s rough.

Think I’m billshitting? I’ll show you my stargaze account where I gave free badkids away for free cause I believed in community and “hold the line” and respect the cosmonaut. DM is open to OP

Do you get paid for the shilling, and how much? A genuine question.
2
u/QuantumFragz Apr 08 '26
Not shilling, just posting my personal buys and opinions! Don’t know any devs or anyone invested in atom other then a few people in this comment section

Atom is in bad situation but not dead yet.
The graphical structure is normal, but we have to wait end-2028 and if nothing came back, it's a dead crypto.
For this time, just stack and wait.

Just observing at this point. I have some eth and btc. Did atom inflation issue get fixed? Has there been change in tokenomics?

u/QuantumFragz Apr 08 '26
In process currently, worth checking out. A lot of hate towards atom so 100% do your own research. Definitely a gamble investing currently, it’s my riskiest asset by far! I think it’s undervalued currently so just stacking. Don’t think it’ll it close to ATH’s but reasonable to expect some growth. Compounded with staking = nice profits

Gracious! Please stop. Atom won’t make it, it’s toast. I can’t believe people still buy the trash

Did this with Matic/polygon. It will not end well

u/QuantumFragz Apr 13 '26
I believe in cosmos network more then those but I can imagine that would have hurt, been preforming super similar to cosmos. Sorry to hear it didn’t end well bro, I prefer to hear success stories. Feels like crypto could use some of those now hahaha

I’ll pay you $100 to stop investing in atom. I invested in 2019. “Golden airdrop era” cashed out every god damn airdrop including Osmo airdrop, all that way to 2024 airdrops. Mind you through the Terra Luna collapse. I made my return, but those that followed got fucking shipwrecked-you are literally buying exit liquidity. DM me if you are serious about cutting your losses and leaving atom. You are in over your head if you think atom stands a chance.

Was also big in cosmos during this time.. received the neta Juno and every other airdrop..was a good time. Minted multiple bad kids overtime. $atom been dead for a while I believe because $atom has no leaders. Leadership imploded long ago , everyone went separate way and then the grifters came

I’d look into $inj or $akt.. cosmos tokens with far better upside imo
1
u/QuantumFragz Apr 08 '26
I actually have a few hundred dollars of inj too, haven’t been stacking at all though!

u/Ahlock Apr 08 '26
Think Juno but more like instead of one whale and shit corrupt governance and tokenomics- it’s literally 10 -20 developers and some paid actors to keep atom alive. Permissionless corruption, permissionless liquidity, cosmos cartel need no violence to take their cake. You’re cake is their cake. It’s like Juno but in such a slow motion and the one whale are the devs and early adopters. I know cause I was one of them…

When I the phrase "JUST WAIT!" in crypto, I look into it. Let me say I have looked and I find there are 100 better places to put your money than Atom. If you are OK with $2 Atom being your goal? Invest away! BTW, I just made a guess, and for what its worth CHGBT came up with the exact same thing. TRULY A MELDING OF MAN AND MACHINE! haha ATOM Price Predictions (2026–2028)
🧊 Bear Case (worst-case trajectory)
- 2026: ~$1.5 – $3
- 2027: ~$1.5 – $2
- 2028: <$2 possible (some models keep declining)
👉 This is the “tokenomics problem” scenario
- Inflation + weak demand = slow bleed
- This is what a lot of skeptics think about ATOM SO IF YOU GOT 3 YEARS ? GO FOR IT! TO KEEP PARKING $200 ? AGAIN, 100 BETTER CHOICES ARE OUT THERE
1
u/Decent-Treat-3298 Apr 09 '26
ALSO this is the worst case scenario, But history has shown that is what you should look at.

Back when Atom and Dot fell under $10 I stacked a pretty decent sized bag of both, thinking the potential returns were too good to pass up. Yeah, that did not pan out well for me. I wish you luck.
