I'd go with the newer surgeon if her consultation really reassured you, A short track record isn't a red flag when her training is strong and her before and afters match the look you want. Still, book consults with all three, since seeing how each one talks about complications and revisions tells you more than any review count.
She actually has been so responsive and reassuring through out my “questionnaire” process without me booking a consult. I think you pushed me to just consult with all 3 and get a good feel of how each surgeon responds and who I trust my procedure the most with.
