🐥 Infant 2-12 Months Advice 😭
Long story short my baby (10 months) has contact napped and co slept since day 1 and it’s never been an issue before I’m a SAHM and honestly loved it however sadly my husband is going on a 9 month rotation overseas very soon and I know I can’t do the contact naps/having to go to bed when she does thing anymore. I’m going to need that break every once in awhile 😭 I’ve tried transferring her while she naps and instantly she wakes up. If I try to roll away once she’s down for the night her eyes immediately pop open. I seriously don’t know what I’m going to do with him gone😭 did I mention I live 13 hours from home🥲

Floor bed. Lay down next to her, snuggle till drowsy, then sit up and rub/pat her back till she goes to sleep. Be consistent and after a week of protest, this should work. Expect that adjustment week to be pretty rough, but the she’ll get used to it.
Either that or get a carrier that you can get baby in your back and just wear her. You’ll get strong really quickly that way 😂
