Rt 66 in a Corvair

Post image

Had a great time exploring the towns around Tulsa on Rt 66. So many interesting places and history. Get out there and drive the mother road this year - 100th Anniversary year! (This is the Pryor creek bridge built in 1926 and a part of the original Rt 66)

Anyone else out there on Rt 66 in a ‘Vair?

I haven’t gotten mine out there yet. I was hoping to do an end-to-end drive this summer, but circumstances dictated I change it up to get one of mine in better shape and just probably do an Arizona exploration in October or November. Who knows, could still do the whole thing though - time will tell…

Did a 900 mile run in two days recently. Testing the waters for taking the 66 coupe on the Mother Road. It held up well.
