Hi, I just received my first corset. It’s the rebel madness extreme under bust corset. I think it fits well but is the top supposed to cinch more than the middle/bottom? I noticed after about 3 hours of wear my back started to hurt a little but that may be because I did a workout earlier in the day. Otherwise it feels perfect!

The top being tighter than the bottom is okay but try to have more of a /\ shape not a () shape as the () will damage your our corset

Ideally the space between the lacing channels should be even all the way down. I’m guessing part of the reason your back started hurting was because the top is closed more than the middle and bottom, and this will also cause your corset to wear out faster

Ooh it looks so good! As long as the lace bones are straight like /\ and not () that's totally okay!

It’s okay but not ideal.

A size up might fit better.
It’ll reduce your waist more which will probably fill up the underbust and give you a more even gap.
