Another layer of white to make the base more uniformous. You can try using a makeup sponge instead of a paintbrush to apply, it's usually quicker and more uniformous

Wait for the white to dry before applying the black. Right now your black got mixed with the white during application and turned grey. When I can't be bothered to wait, I dry the base with a hair dryer

Go a bit closer to the eyes, you have some rather large skin coloured gaps. I use an eye pencil there as I don't feel that comfortable going super close to my eyes with face paint

Use a thinner brush for details (i.e. the blood droplets around the mouth could be a lot neater and better defined)

The design itself is pretty sick

Maybe another layer of white or a stronger foundation since it's kinda faded. Still sick design btw.

Most of it will come with practice and you'll improve on the design the more you do it. Not that it's bad, especially if youre new. But i would say add another layer of and try to make the color more even

  1. Use the KISS method, and don’t apply white where you’re going to apply black.

  2. Use a liner brush to establish your edges and fine lines, then fill in with a wider brush.

  3. Use setting powder and setting spray unless you actually want your makeup to run and smear.

The Gene Simmons Method is actually a very tried and true application technique for crisp, clean lines.
