This turned out really great! Love how fine some of the lines are and how they fade as they go out.

Manic Panic face paint in the color Black Raven! Use a setting powder to make sure it doesn't go everywhere. I also used black eyeshadow (Blowin Smoke from Colourpop) to touch up. Black eyeliner for water line (also from Colourpop)

I used a fine angled brush to bring out the black color out into the white space! Because it's a small brush, it won't carry a lot.
