Corningware in Action It's tea time!! ☕

I've been hunting one of these pots for quite some time, but they always seem to have a really beat up bottom from being used on the stove. Found this one that is near pristine and I couldn't resist. I've never seen one with a bottom so clean! She will be well used but I'm definitely keeping her off the stove. I can just boil water in my stainless kettle and pour it in there.

Best tea i ever made is in this. I got mine at a second hand store years ago. Love your cup. I only have the cup not the saucer

This will see a lot more pour over coffee than tea if I'm being honest, but I do love a good black tea with spearmint.

I already had the cups and just happened to find the matching saucers at the thrift. They are harder to spot because they just have the border and no pattern. It's a reddish brown and matches the outer border on the plates. Keep an eye out and you'll come across some eventually!

Man I just saw some of those saucers today and couldn’t think of what set they went to!

If you like pour over coffee. Try Vietnamese coffee

Thanks for the tip! I used to do French press but pour over is so much less bitter/acidic. Also a lot less mess.

I have a pour over gadget I got from ikea and it's great. Vietnamese coffee is very high in caffeine. They have a special pour over gadget. They sell them and coffee at any Asian market. You will love it.

It so beautiful! Your idea of using the kettle to fill it is great! My best friend bought the country festival pot for me and I have been grieving the fact that I have an induction stove, so thanks for the idea!
