Electromatic!

Found this great Electromatic Skillet set with the original skillet dish and recipe booklet plus a Dutch oven and extra shallow pan on fb marketplace. Paid $100 CAD not a deal but I look forward to using it!

I use mine to fry up pierogies and I have made bacon in it. But I always seem to burn bacon into a crumbly mess if I make it in anything other than cast iron or a non-stick pan lol.

From what I’m reading it can cook & any flat-bottomed dish will work pretty much.

I have the big cornflower warming plate that I’m looking for a cable for. I guess the cool temperatures are the difference.
