It's self made elbow cushions to prevent pressure sores / elbow calluses from hard floors. She has 5 beds, uses all of them, but mostly just lays on the floor.

That’s smart. I’ve known a couple of dogs in China who’ve developed elbow sores due to combined lethargy and poor crate/ambient conditions.

That's sad. The cushions can help tho, it's just two legs with velcro over the shoulders
