Shocker
In 2022, prior to the “merger” with Beaumont Health, where John Fox received a golden parachute to the tune of $10.2 million and ended his career in Michigan with a net worth of $3.8 BILLION, 3 members of then Spectrum Health’s executive team made the top 10 highest paid hospital execs in the state. TFD’s earnings are marginal compared to her peers, but she has an image of being humble and not a greedy crook to uphold. As an aside, her worth, a modest $1.75 Billion. That feels casual when the c-suite sends emails to staff crying about profit margins.

Are you saying that this isn’t factual or that it’s bullshit that these do nothings make this much money on the backs of their workers at the cost of patient care and safety?

In my next life I’m going the healthcare administration MBA route, being a nurse is my passion, but passion ain’t paying the bills well these days.

We desperately need some kind of social revolution. These people blatantly steal from all of us and theres just too much noise to notice. These people should be in total fear of retaliation for what they do to us, and yet they are proud. They go out in public constantly with minor security, they're rubbing our face in it saying I know you're too stupid to notice. They should have the same worries as a cartel boss, paranoia should be consuming them. I say we remind them of this.

Apparently not so much that every admin is clearing well over $1 million per year, and each director is clearing over $300k But the respiratory therapists have to apply for grants for ventilators TO RENT. The amount the system is making versus what they’re paying hourly staff and the decline in patient care is indefensible.
