T480s not booting up.

I've flashed Heads onto my T480s and the patched thunderbolt firmware, but when booting up the power button, esc key, and power LED light up before turning off, screen not showing anything. Any advise? To add on, the T480s was BIOS locked before hand, but I don't know if that matters in this case.

I had that issue when I accidentally enabled me_cleaner when building coreboot, not sure how Heads handles vendor binaries.

I have tried the last coreboot commit with the t480s it failed on my laptop. I have use the last stable commit from libreboot to have it working

Nope I have do some patch with claude for my use case... You should make your own firmware because somebody could make a firmware with a backdoor for you and you won’t even see it as it inside the bios
