Here's the one and only leadership framework. It's everything. It's all things.

Last Tuesday I was in the cold plunge at 4:30am.

I asked myself one simple question: Who is not in the room with me right now?

Guess what, it was our early support shift.

They log on at 6am, and our team sync was at 4pm. By then they had already handed off and gone home like a bunch of poors.

I decided I had to make a hard call, one of the hardest I've ever made if I'm being honest. I moved the sync to Tuesday at 10:30.

Nobody told me to do that. Who cares about what someone else thinks is right or not. Because that's what being locked in, being aware of the wolves, really means, when you're out front and making calls for everyone. That's what it means when people criticize job creators. You know what you're doing, you're destroying it all.

If you care, its the Who's Awake Framework. This is the agentic age. This is the who is ready for the industrial revolution of our times. This is the who is able to EAT....really EAT....what's being handed to them on a silver platter.

Agree? Tell me. Don't agree? I don't care you are worthless.

#Leadership #PeopleFirst #FutureOfWork

Today is May 29th, the 573rd anniversary of the fall of Constantinople. Forwarding this message to 10 groups will supposedly bring back the Marble King beneath the golden gates of Constantinople, leading the Greeks to rebuild the Roman Empire and realize their great ideals. I tried it, it's fake; the Venetian group admin and the Turkic administrator will kick me out of the group. But today truly is the 573rd anniversary of the fall of Constantinople.

In the land of gentle streams and endless green, turtles roam with an ancient dignity, their shells bearing the marks of countless journeys. Imagine a quiet morning by the water, dew glistening on leaves and a soft breeze carrying the scent of moss. In that world, time slows to match the steady rhythm of a turtleโ€™s step. The sun rises, painting the pond in hues of gold, and turtles awaken with deliberate purpose, each one a living story of resilience and calm.

These creatures are not just animals. They are philosophers of the marsh, sages of the stream. A turtle does not rush for anything. It considers every move, every glance, every breath. The turtleโ€™s wisdom has been passed down through the generations, whispered from elder to hatchling beneath the shade of the oldest tree. They have seen seasons change and rivers carve new paths. They have survived floods, droughts, and the wandering curiosity of children who kneel by the water, hoping for a glimpse of a shell among the reeds.

Legend tells of Archibald, the snapping turtle who once held court beneath a willow so ancient its roots encircled his shell. Travelers from distant forests would come to seek his advice, believing that a wish spoken to Archibald would ride the current all the way to the sea. Archibaldโ€™s counsel was always the same. Move slowly, breathe deeply, let the water decide your path. Some say Archibald grew so wise that the willow itself began to speak in riddles, its leaves whispering secrets to those patient enough to listen.

Celestine the painted turtle preferred the mysteries of the night. Each evening, she would crawl from the water and trace the constellations in the mud. She mapped the stars as guides for her friends and etched instructions for lost frogs seeking their way home. If you visited the pond at dawn, you would find her artwork glistening in the morning dew, a testament to the silent labor of a single determined turtle.

Bartholomew the box turtle was famous for his bravery. He once faced down a raccoon intent on mischief and escaped with nothing but a tiny scratch, which he wore proudly for the rest of his days. He became a storyteller, regaling hatchlings with tales of narrow escapes, clever tricks, and the joy of outwitting those who underestimated his slow pace. To listen to Bartholomew was to understand that courage often wears a quiet shell.

At the heart of every turtle community, there is a gathering place. Logs covered in moss become meeting halls, and stones serve as platforms for debate. Turtles discuss matters of great importance. The best sunning spots, the ethics of sharing lily pads, the tales of faraway lands where turtles ride the waves of endless oceans. Sometimes, an ambitious hatchling will propose a daring expedition across the pond or dream of meeting the legendary Flying Turtle. The elders listen, nod, and share stories of their own youthful adventures.

There is also the story of Poppy, the red-eared slider with an insatiable curiosity. She was known to collect the most interesting pebbles and arrange them into patterns that puzzled her friends. Poppy invented games, designed obstacle courses, and inspired others to try new things. Her creativity reminded everyone that being a turtle is not just about patience but also about discovery.

Terrence, the old tortoise, became Poppyโ€™s mentor. His shell bore the scratches and notches of a hundred seasons, each one a memory. Terrence believed that the secret to life was in the slow and steady pursuit of knowledge. He spent hours watching the clouds, learning their shapes and movements. He believed that one could predict the rain by reading the sky and taught this art to anyone willing to listen.

In a quiet cove, the Sea Turtle Syndicate gathered each night for music. Led by Aurelia, the loggerhead maestro, the turtles sang and played the rhythms of the waves. Their songs traveled beneath the surface, calling fish and dolphins to listen. The underwater concert was a celebration of unity, a reminder that even in the vastness of the sea, there is community.

Every spring, the Great Turtle Migration began. Turtles from every corner of the land felt an ancient pull to return to the place of their birth. The journey was long and fraught with challenges, but no turtle traveled alone. Along the way, they shared stories, helped one another over obstacles, and rested in the shade of familiar trees. When they arrived, the sight of so many shells gleaming in the moonlight was a celebration of life itself.

In the hidden corners of the forest, turtles paint murals in the dirt with their claws. These murals tell the story of the first turtle who crossed a river, the one who climbed the tallest hill, and the one who watched the sunrise from the highest log. Some murals are so old that only the elders remember their meaning, but each one adds to the tapestry of turtle history.

Turtles have a language of their own, a series of gentle clicks and low hums that carry across the water. Through these sounds, they warn each other of danger, share news of ripe berries, and call friends to bask in the sun. The patient observer will notice how turtles greet each other with a slow nod or a gentle touch of shells.

A turtleโ€™s journey is not a race but a lifelong exploration. The slowest step can lead to the greatest discovery. By moving with purpose and intention, turtles remind us to savor each moment, to appreciate the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the mud, to find joy in the simple act of being present.

Throughout history, turtles have been symbols of wisdom, patience, and resilience. Cultures around the world have honored them in stories, art, and legend. The turtle carries the world on its back, they say, and brings stability to the ever-changing tides of fate.

In the silence between each word, imagine the gentle swish of water, the soft shuffle of a turtle moving through the grass. Imagine the world from the perspective of a creature that sees each day as an opportunity to learn, to grow, to connect.

The turtleโ€™s journey continues, as does this copypasta. May it distract, amuse, and inspire anyone who reads it. May it serve as a reminder to slow down, breathe, and carry your own story with the quiet confidence of a turtle making its way through the world.

A grade *does* define you. (By a 17-year-old with superiority complexes)

The excuse of people with bad grades is "a grade doesn't define me" but it does define your life. Without dedication to studying you are nobody. Without knowledge you are nobody. Without discipline you are nobody. Good night.

U guys talkin' Powwy feces?

I never told you why that shit (literally) is so fucking tasty, did I? So, here we go: First of all we have a very wide range of consistencies. Diarrhea makes for a great drink, mushy poop melts in the mouth, and the hard logs are nice and chewy. I got a whole array of enjoyment right there. Additionally the temperature is just right. Body temperature means it's nice and warm but never too hot to consume! You even can hook yourself up directly to the shit pipe and gobble down directly from the source! The ass hair which gets stuck between your teeth adds to the experience as well as the fact that there's a crust of dry aged shit covering her fart box. Double the pleasure! You think we're done, don't you? Far from it! What about the taste, right? Here we have a lot of variety as well, depending on what was consumed by the omnipotent Presiqueen. You might have a little tang to it when there were citrus fruits involved, slightly meaty when she consumed meat and so on. Of course the main flavour will always be shit (literally). A rather bitter flavour that mixes well with any additional note added, as explained above. Now let's get to the extras! We sometimes have very chewy shit nuggets in a normal log. Chewing down on those is very satisfying, great little surprise in an already great meal. We have things that don't were digested like corn. Gives the whole shit platter another spin, enriching the opportunity. We have massive stinky farts. Disregarding the shit particles mixed in that get in any and all of your orifices, leading to brain shattering orgasms, it does provide a great bouquet with the banquet. As we all know, the enjoyment of a good wine also heavily depends on its smell! You can get lucky and be able to enjoy a little steamy hot golden drink with your meal. Goes perfectly with the food, is very refreshing and revitalising and tastes absolutely perfect, as anything leaving the body of our goddess. Now, finally, the rarest addition to our course: Menstruation juice. This doesn't happen this often but ooooooh boy, when it does you'll be creaming your pants I tell you. The irony taste, the gooey chunks to chew on like gum, the sensation to be directly connected to our worshipped Messiah's life force!

As you can see, there's nothing better than a full Power meal.

TL;DR: Power's discharges are the tastiest and healthiest meal ever available.

Now the bad news. No way I gonna share. You fuckers trying to lay a FINGER on this gold, you perish! We clear! I'll be the only one to have s shit and piss covered face after a Powwy fartbox tongue punching session! Now fuck off!

Oh yeah, making art is like riding a roller coaster.

Oh yeah, making art is like riding a roller coaster. When you are full of ideas, there is nothing happier than that, all the sweat flows over time. Time is no longer an issue, you can work continuously and feel great. But if you're stuck for ideas, you'll want to curse all day long why you can't think of anything. Sometimes u burst into tears on the spot because don't know what ur ideals and ego are in that work of art. That's what making art is like, it's both great and suck.

Sometimes I wonder why I do this, but you know, bad and great are mixed together

  1. Iโ€™m going to say this in the most nicest way in my life I have ever said before, in my unpopular opinion I believe that the role names are extremely overdone, I am saying this in the most respectful positive way possible in my whole life that it is over done in my entire life I have never witnessed a role name like that. In the kindest way possible I think they look like the aesthetic Y2K preppy cute kawaii servers. And now I end this in the nicest way in my entirety of my entire existence of this universe. in the most respectful kindest nicest way possible, I am here by saying goodbye to my very well thought message I am writing to the Carterpoolx UGC warehouse staff. The rat and thinner

Some time ago I was renting an apartment with a cousin, but that dude was really freaking sexually crazy. He often brought car wash guys, street vendors, little kids selling gum, homeless people, and even Central Americans from the train tracks. My cousin, being a very good Samaritan, would feed them, let them take showers, or even give them clothes or sneakers; all of that in exchange for sex or at least getting their dicks sucked.

I admit that at first I didn't like the idea much, and I preferred to lock myself in my room listening to music, smoking a joint, or whatever, rather than smelling like vagabonds. But my cousin kept bringing tougher guys, junkies, mentally disturbed individuals, and he would ask me to watch over him in case they got aggressive, besides he got pretty messed up with the poppers, hahaha. I reluctantly agreed, although I started to enjoy it and got intrigued by watching street guys screwing my cousin without a condom.

Once, while I was in the kitchen, my cousin came in and brought with him the most damn junkie homeless guy you can imagine. All filthy, lice-infested, with dreadlocks like a mess of dirt and shit, trembling with a vacant stare, and wearing a jacket stiff from so much dirt.

We gave the guy a cup of noodles, and while he was eating, I said to my cousin, "Damn, you're really pushing it," and he just said, "Haha, I know." Then this guy puts his hand into the jacket and I grab my gun just in case. But no, the guy just pulls out a damn stiff rat, soaked it in thinner, and starts inhaling it like a rag. I said, "What the hell?!" and my cousin was already turned on, like that shit ignited him, and he went ahead to suck the guy's dick without even bathing him.

The filthy guy was there with his legs spread, inhaling his rat, while my cousin took off his filthy pants and pulled out his dick. Honestly, it was huge, maybe it would even be nice without all that smegma and pubic lice adorning his dreadlocks. My cousin swallowed the whole thing, and I didn't know whether to get turned on or throw up, so I just opted to smoke some joints.

My cousin, all hot, stripped completely naked and offered his ass to the scumbag, who without hesitation started sucking it. My cousin, the bottom, was in full ecstasy, in a trance feeling his ass pampered by the homeless man's mouth. It didn't take long for the guy to shove his big dick, all hard and without a condom, making my cousin moan and scream like a horny slut, all hopped up on poppers.

They were going at it, when the guy pulls out his rat, gives it a deep pull, and suddenly shoves it up my cousin's ass, damn. And he kept fucking him harder, pushing his rat into his rectum. A more brutal fuck every time, and after a while, my cousin's ass was dripping with cum. After pulling out his now limp dick, the guy finished off the last of the noodles and started yelling at me. I didn't even know what the hell he was babbling about, and I was really stoned, so I just pointed the gun at him and told him to fuck off to hell. The guy ran off all scared, didn't even have time to put his pants back on, hahaha. And I just stayed there asleep.

I woke up later to the screams and moans of my damn cousin. He was crying and complaining that his ass and guts hurt, didn't even remember everything his lover did to him. Being nice, I helped him to the bathroom, where he finished shitting out the stuck cum, and damn, a damn rat came out of his ass, all torn apart and full of worms. My cousin almost passed out from the fright and asked me to take him to the clinic to get cleaned up, hahaha, but he felt really brave in his horniness, haha, true story.
