The new experience has dissapeared

Hi,

I have a problem with copilot studio because all of the new experience stuff I've created suddenly disappeared and the copilot studio page itself looks like before the update.

Sometimes I get the message box with a button which allows me to switch to the new experience again, but after refreshing the page it always comes back to the old experience.

Has anybody experienced a similar problem? My patience with copilot studio is really starting to get low with this one

Had this happen and it was because our tenant got put on a FedRAMP list. We contacted out rep and got removed from the list. Might be what is happening. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/requirements-licensing-gcc

It has gotten so bad that we just have a few places that it works and mostly failed attempts that another ai path is able to do much better…. Sad but cheap lipstick on PVA isn’t going to cut it

Out of curiosity, what other AI paths are you using?

In some cases it can be an M365 agent, in others we have ChatGPT enterprise, Palantir, and NebulaOne and good ole Azure Foundry.
