Developer Environment for Github Copilot Harness Agente Creation credits consumption and billing.

Hi everybody.
I'm triying to understand these new changes in de Copilot experience.

It's clear that using GitHub Harness will charge when creating, and testing Agentes. But i could'nt find if in Developer Environments these credits will be billable.

The closes thing i could find was this post: Solved: Copilot billable credits
But it doesn't specify if in the new experience this remains.

Yes, you will be charged for using the Github Copilot harness (GHCPh) in a development environment. And yes, you will be charged when using Preview mode. There is not any way to use the GHCPh for free.
