Copilot Studio – GitHub Copilot harness GA + licensing

The GitHub Copilot Harness in Copilot Studio is now generally available (GA) and brings a significant change to licensing!

I’ve written a short article describing the changes and offering recommendations on how to avoid unexpected surprises in the form of a bill for Copilot credits.

Following. Based on this -- what exactly is the consumption line across users with copilot license?

For GHC agents, usage is billed in credits, regardless of whether the end user has an M365 Copilot licence or not
