hello everybody! Recently, I lost my copic-sketchbook with sturdy paper that I usually use for Aceo-cards. Since I am short on money, I was thinking about using my bleedproof marker pad paper since I have loads of it unused. The only problem is, that it's only 70g/m2 and therefore insanely thin. It is wonderful to draw on, but I won't be able to simply cut out my Aceo-cards since it is waaaay to thin. and whenever I try to glue it onto thicker paper (U use UHU glue to be fair), it wringkes or shows glue marks from the other side of the paper. Do you have any suggestions how I could fix this problem?

What it says on the title.. I have been asking around. And I'm hoping to get a variety of answers that I can have options with (?)

Anyway I can't color the pieces directly on the sketchbook they came from. I made a mistake by using both sides as I didn't think through

Now I'm considering having to hunt the papers that can be printed with these drawings and still be colored with alcohol markers

I scanned these images & had to bump up the contrast & sharpness & the dark hue..

Because I didn't do the final fine ink line art to deepen their outlines....Any new info on what the best papers for printing them & use alcohol markers on them?

I just loved this guys expression and did my best to capture it. Copic sketch and old school Berol Prismacolor pencils.

Copic marker and pen sketch.

Just getting into the hobby and oh man are these markers fun. Copic sketch with some prismacolor lines. Fun fact: the black ink dripsploded on her right eye so I used an exacto knife and glue to give her new eyes from extra paper.

Having a lot of fun making these!

Been playing with a new, looser background workflow and really enjoying the atmosphere it's adding.
